Shipping & Delivery
The Vintage Baker Shop will get your decorating supplies to you no matter where you may reside in South Africa. For local delivery in South Africa we have a service which delivers to your PO Box number or to your nearest Post Office based on your physical address provided in your order, there is in addition the option available to have the order delivered to your door via private courier. Should you be located in Cape Town you are welcome to visit our office in Table View to collect your order. However, please give us a call before you visit just to make sure that your order is ready for collection..

Returns & Replacements
The Vintage Baker Shop have a 7 days returns policy, should you not be entirely happy with your purchase you may return the item within 7 days from the date of receipt of the item/s. A full refund will be provided for the purchase price of the item/s less (shipping costs). Only items that are unused, in saleable condition*, and in original packaging are eligible for return.
*This means that packaging must be intact, tags must be attached, no pet hair, etc. We cannot accept used, damaged or dirty merchandise.
Please note: all sales on clearance and closeout items are final. While rare, defects and order mistakes occasionally occur. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly and efficiently as possible. In some cases items that appear defective may just need a simple adjustment in order to work properly.
Ordering products from the Vintage Baker Shop is easy. On each product’s page, enter a quantity and identify the different product options such as colour size etc. click the "add to cart" button.
To view your cart or checkout, click the My cart button in the upper right corner of your screen and follow the prompts.
If you prefer, you can complete your order offline via phone, at 071 508 9487.
We are a small company so you may not get an answer 24/7 in which case you are welcome to send an e-mail to and place your order or leave your details and we will get back to you.
With regards to tracking your order, you will receive an email when your order ships with tracking information.
Log into your account at any time and go to My Account to check on the status of your order.
Payment and Delivery
Orders will be sent once payment are cleared.
Order not paid within 7 days will be canceled
Final invoice will be send via email upon receipt of order.
Product Prices
Product prices listed on the website are current. While every care has been taken to label the products accurately, errors in data entry may occur. We reserve the right to cancel the order in case a transaction has been made where the price indicated was not the correct price. In the rare event that happens, we will give a full refund of all money received from the customer.
Prices are subject to change without advance notice. All prices on this web site are indicated in ZAR (South African Rands).
All orders are acknowledged at current pricing.
We will bill at price in effect at the time of receipt of money and raising of an invoice. Promotions may be available from time to time and every care will be taken to identify the duration and terms of the promotion at the time.
