This product mixes well in small quantities, but designed for dusting use initially, with Sugar paste (Plastic Icing) modeling paste, Pastalage, Fondant, Royal Icing, Butter Icing, It is water-soluble and oil soluble.This product can be mixed directly into Chocolate in its powder form without diluting it first.
